Write down your API key and save it in a safe place. _In no case share it with anybody._ Do not forget that you can change or even delete your API keys at any time from your trading account on an exchange.
Your API keys are encrypted and stored in an encrypted cloud that only a system administrator can have access to. So, yes, your API keys are stored securely.
To delete an API key, cancel all the open orders, and on the API key page, click on the _Delete account_ button.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change the password immediately and let customer support know asap. We will take the needed measures to ensure your account is safe, and you can use it seamlessly.
When you create API keys and connect your accounts on exchanges to Bidsbee, disable withdrawals. Also, follow common tips to ensure your funds are safe: don’t share your passwords and private keys with anybody, always disconnect your accounts when you are not going to use them, create strong passwords, and enable two-factor authentication for your Bidsbee account and any other account that you use.
