How to manage my API keys?
Write down your API key and save it in a safe place. _In no case share it with anybody._ Do not forget that you can change or even delete your API keys at any time from your trading account on an exchange.
Are my API keys safe?
Your API keys are encrypted and stored in an encrypted cloud that only a system administrator can have access to. So, yes, your API keys are stored securely.
How can I delete an API key?
To delete an API key, cancel all the open orders, and on the API key page, click on the _Delete account_ button.
API keys. What is and why do I need them?
API keys allow an application, in this case, Bidsbee, to access your account without providing your password. API keys consist of two types of keys: public and private (secret). The Public Key is a key that you distribute to others, it allows them to get a predetermined set of information about you. A Private Key (a secret key) can be compared to a password. Private keys shall be stored in a safe place and used for trusted resources only.

How can I ensure the security of my connected exchanges and wallets?
When you create API keys and connect your accounts on exchanges to Bidsbee, disable withdrawals. Also, follow common tips to ensure your funds are safe: don’t share your passwords and private keys with anybody, always disconnect your accounts when you are not going to use them, create strong passwords, and enable two-factor authentication for your Bidsbee account and any other account that you use.
